Therapeutic Massage
Tailored for each client’s individual needs and conditions.  This ranges from the classic Swedish-type, designed to soothe and relax using gentle manipulation to ease muscle aches/pains, to deeper tissue work, employing deep kneading and circular movements on specific muscle groups. May also incorporate stretches.

Hot Stone Massage
Uses the penetrating heat of stones to massage you into profound relaxation.  Hot stone massage releases pain and tension from stubborn muscle knots while it soothes the whole nervous system.  Stone massage is very relaxing and must be experienced to be appreciated.  A great choice for the colder times of year.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy involves a massage treatment using oil that has been blended with the essence of a plant. Essential oils are blended with a carrier oil, such as grapeseed or sweet almond oil.

The different essential oils' fragrance plays an important part in therapeutically treating emotional disorders through the olfactory glands. Aromatherapy is helpful in relieving stress, fluid retention, sleeping disorders and anxiety, and helps enhance health and appearance.

Duo Massage
Share a relaxing hour of massage together with your husband, wife, significant other, best friend or a family member in the same room at the same time - for a healthy body and soul.

Pre/Post- Natal Massage
Specifically designed for the mother-to-be, this relaxing massage uses a pregnancy pillow for comfort.  Up to full-term, this massage can prove to be both enjoyable and beneficial.  Also recommended after delivery.

Reflexology
A wonderful method for activating the healing powers of the body by focusing on the feet. Its benefits include stress reduction, deep relaxation, improved circulation, cleansing the body of toxins and impurities, balancing the whole system and revitalizing energy.

Paraffin Hand Wax Treatment
Includes exfoliation of hands with a scrub, followed by a lotion application and hand massage, then hands are submerged into a warm wax distributed over the skin’s surface.  After three layers are applied, hands are placed in toweling mitts.  During this 20-30 minute rest interval, the wax relaxes muscles and is allowed to deeply penetrate pores promoting hydration.  When coverings are removed, hands are left supple and smooth.
